Under our supervision, the redevelopment of the building was completed in 2007 and the result is simply stunning. What emerged was a cutting edge, stylistically unique, contemporary 5-storey building who’s 1000 plus square meter space houses three luxurious apartments. We named it “The Hoida Building”. The apartment configuration is as follows: The Maisonette (Levels 1 and 2) The Executive Apartment (Level 3) and The Penthouse (Levels 4 and 5). The Maisonette The 330(+60m2 office) square meter Maisonette generously occupies the first two levels, linked by a wooden staircase. The spacious living room is on both levels with windows and balconies to the enclosed atrium and private, outdoor garden.
